Nestled in suburban Subiaco, our urban gin distillery is the melting-pot of conception, creation and connection. We’ve worked to create a hidden gem, servicing our guests with handcrafted, artisan gin – just metres from where it’s created – seasonal cocktails, craft wine and beer, and local gourmet food.
With our abundance of leafy flora intersecting with the copper and steel of the distillery equipment, our vision is a place that’s emblematic of our ‘bush to bottle’ process and filled with the warmth created by our friendly staff and your company.
Our urban gin distillery is secluded and perfect for those who love to test their palette on products created with passion. From friends catching up to group books and events, the distillery provides a great space to enjoy the company of others, as well as high-quality drinks and food.

Bookings & Events
The Spirit of Little Things is all about community – our philosophy is the more, the merrier! We want to provide you with a venue that elevates a range of occasions: from casual catch-ups to special events.
We’ve hosted engagement parties, corporate events, birthdays and more. We’re proud to have a space where people can celebrate together. Something more casual? You can also book a table through the bookings page (we’re also mindful to always try and accommodate walk-ins).

Functional Distillery
The distillery is closed to the public from Monday to Wednesday; why? Well, we’re a fully-functional distillery. So on these days (and all other times that the distillery’s gin bar isn’t open), we’re creating handcrafted, artisan gin.
Hand-picked, locally-sourced botanicals ruminate in large copper tanks and are metamorphosed into aromatic, flavoursome gin. To create Little Thing's diverse range of flavour profiles, botanicals are individually selected, with those chosen being subjected to the maceration process for forty-eight hours. Our juniper berries and the ‘tougher’ botanicals experience this process. They then join the more delicate botanicals, which are vapour-infused to maximise the flavour profile while maintaining the botanicals’ structural integrity.
The result is a gin that’s an incredible 88% ABV, which we then refine with pure, filtered spring water – creating an aromatic and refreshing gin, ready for your enjoyment.
